A lot of it sound weird and with the last line I would have to say everyone dies besides George

I could imagine George asking "What do I do now?" to any number of scenarios other than the other three dying. Maybe George's parents are so disgusted with George they move to Europe and cut him out of their will, or Susan returns from wherever she had been hiding (after she had faked her death), and drags George to the alter--when he finally says "I Do," he asks that question in his whiny-George voice, to Jerry, Kramer and Elaine who attend George's wedding at the "chapel." alt showbiz gossip
