the lupus line is one of the best.
another favorite is a single line he says to kramer after kramer asks him if he has any reason to get up in the morning: I LIKE TO GET THE DAILY NEWS.
another is when he's in the coffee shop with the old man and george asks him about dying. george goes ballastic when the old man doesnt care about death. a classic.

That whole exchange in the coffee show was beautiful. Here we have wonderfully neurotic George, still a young man and fretting about facing death, sitting across from a man in his 80's who's just happy for each new day and never gives death a second thought. The whole scene played out well, including George being himself at the very end:
Ben: No, I feel great for 85.
George: You know the average life span for an American male is like, 72.
You're really... kinda pushing the envelope there.
Ben: I'm not afraid of dying. I never think about it.
George: You don't? Boy, I think about it a lot. I think about it at
*my*
age. Imagine how much I'll be thinking about it at *your* age.
All
I'll do is keep thinking about it until it drives me insane...
Ben: I'm grateful for every moment I have.
George: Grateful? How can you be grateful when you're *so* close to the
end? When you know that any second-- Poof! Bamm-o! It can all
be
over. I mean you're not stupid, you can read the handwriting on
the
wall. It's a matter of simple arithmetic for Gods sake...
Ben: I guess I just don't care.
George: What are you talking about?! How can you sit there and look me
in
the eye and tell that me you're not worried?! Don't you have
any
*sense*?!! Don't you have a brain!? Are you so completely
senile
that you don't know what you're talking about Anymore!!?!Ben gets up to leave, George realizes he went over the edge.
George: Wait a second, where are you going? Ben: Life's too short to waste on you. George: Wait a minute, please-- Ben: Get out of my way...
Ben pushes George, who falls back into his seat.
"My boys can swim!"

Somebody else pointed out that most of George's great lines end with exclamation points. Two examples not in this category, although in both cases, it's more the situation than the actual line.
(1) When George is leaving his car in the parking lot to give the impression he's working late, he says something about making a better impression on his boss the less often he's at the office.
(2) When Jerry says his brain seems to be on the losing side of a chess match with his penis, George says something like: ``That goes on until you're 40. After that, it still wins, but at least it doesn't blow you away.''
Boy, there are some great lines here. I have compiled what was posted recently. For your enjoyment... =======================================================
You know I always wanted to pretend to be an architect.
I think it moved.
The sea was angry that day my friends, like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli.
I just threw away a lifetime of guilt-free sex and floor seats for every sporting event in Madison Square Garden. So please, a little respect. For I am Costanza, Lord of the Idiots.
Was that wrong?
Amazing. I drive them to lesbian and he brings them back.
You know I always wanted to pretend to be an architect.
Shut your traps and stop kicking the seats! We're trying to watch the movie! And if I have to tell you again, we're gonna take it outside and I'm gonna show you what it's like! You understand me? Now, shut your mouths or I'll shut'em for ya, and if you think I'm kidding, just try me. Try me. Because I would love it!
