That time when Elaine really wanted sex and asked Jerry if Kramer was home. I believe Jerry said that Kramer wasn't home...if she was willing to do Kramer that time, there must have been other times when she wanted sex and Kramer was actually home. When Kramer pretended to be Elaine's boyfriend, ("ooh, baby"), something might have went down that week. When Elaine was being videotaped by Kramer while Elaine was pretending to be a porn star/I'm sure he wanted some/probably was more successful than George was. (Same episode when Elaine left the sexy audio tape on Jerry's tape recorder/George got turned on by Elaine.)
And just the close proximity of Kramer/Elaine's friendship; think something would have eventually happened.

When Elaine pretended to be a Federal Express delivery person and surprised them when they opened the door. She says to Kramer "I thought you were in California ?" and he says "I came back for you" and she then says "Oh shut up" and pushes him.
