Did you guys notice...

In tonight's episode...it seemed like the main characters were tired of their own jokes or something. Like with Kramer saying that Leo stealing books would occupy him for a few days and then Jerry just looks bored. Or Elaine sarcastically saying good job when Jerry made some complex name at the coffee shop. It's like they're supposed to think the show is old now. This is the first time I noticed it.

yea, it seemed they were going through the motions and just buying time. the beginning with kramer taking over jerry's apt rearranging the furniture, taking apart the phone, doing a stand up comedy act in front of an audience...what was that about.

Well, we finally get to see what Kramer is doing at Jerry's -- or is dreaming of doing -- while Jerry is out. I guess he's more careful now; the last time he got caught, he lost his key privileges!

Yeah the prologue didn't really seem to have much to do with anything did it....it did make me laugh though when he had the whole dinner party in there

I thought that Kramer thing was one of the funniest things ever. I got the feeling that they always wanted to put something like that in some time. I agree that the Elaine part was awful and bothered that Jerry turned in George, but I still thought it was funny. I thought the rest of the episode was good.

I noticed that too. I also noticed that the characters seem to be turning against each other. (ie. Jerry telling the gaurds to swarm George in the bookstore.)

I have noticed he sometimes doesn't seem as animated, but I attribute that to exhaustion. I heard that on the Bookstore shoot, just the outdoor rickshaw scenes with Kramer and Newman took most of a day, and Jerry was there-- throughout--supervising. alt showbiz gossip
