Yes, it's "Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld. But the new soup restaurant is a takeoff of the soup nazi, and it's called the "Soup Nutsy". Saw a show on TV trying to interview the chef in NY that the soup nazi was derived from about the Soup Nutsy - and he was NOT amused. They took him some samples of the Soup Nutsy soup - and he threw it on the sidewalk!!
