Pop Up Newsradio?

Off topic, but I was wondering if anyone else heard about this.

They're giving NewsRadio the 'pop up' treatment (like VH1's Popup Videos) tonight. I don't usually watch NewsRadio, but I will tune in tonight to see how they pull it off.

This is the kind of thing I would have loved to see Seinfeld do. Think of all the little details they could 'pop up' on an average Seinfeld episode! [email]

While it would be interesting to see a pop up Seinfeld episode, alot of people don't really like the idea of little pop up windows showing up on the screen when you're trying to read a webpage [oops.. I meant watch a TV show... I'm getting mixed up with those fools that use javascript popups on their webpages :-) ]

Alot of people feel that it gets in the way of the actual story.. something which makes Seinfeld stand out above "regular sitcoms."

On a personal note... I think I'll watch Newsradio anyway just to see how they pull it off...
