Hmm, that's a tough question. So many choices...

I'm tempted to say "The Contest", "The Cheever Letters", "The Puffy Shirt", or "The Chicken Roaster", but I'm going to have to go with "The Junior Mint".

Doh! I forgot to list my least-favorite episode! While "The Dealership" is a close second with its disappointing ending, I'll stick with the true dog of an episode, "The Dog".

John, I just don't get this dislike of "The Dog". If for nothing else Kramer's ambivalent break-up lifts it to a class of it's own ("How could someone like me be with someone like you? (wait 10 secs) I love you"). And that whole thing about "saving films" for friends is so bang on. I love this episode!

Hmmm, I didn't think that segment was particularly funny. The way it was filmed was somewhat interesting, but I think Kramer's over-the-top outbursts have been handled better in other episodes.

But I think my dislike for "The Dog" really comes down to the dog itself, as well as the dog's owner. The humor was based on how annoying each was, and that's the problem: not only were Jerry and Elaine irritated by Farfel and the his owner, WE as the audience were similarly annoyed! (Or rather, *I* was annoyed. Your mileage may vary.)

Well personal opinion obviously. I in general found the owner (if not Farfel) very funny.

I too love this episode. I think I gained a better appreciation for it while transcribing it for Mike's web site.

Best...I like Serentity NOW!!! I believe this is the same episode where Jerry is dating the girl that says he never gets mad. If it isnt then its a tie. Seinfeld trying to convince the other cast members that he is mad is hilarious!

I think they guy made a mistake using the term "perversion" but has since restated that he meant that comedy that doesn't relate to sex or scatology is more difficult than that which is. It's a fair point. I know about 100 good dirty jokes and about 2 good clean ones. :)

Best episode: 5 Way Tie "The Contest", "Keith Hernandez", "The Goiter", "Merv Griffin Set" & "Face Painter" (i love the NJ Devils)

Worst episode: Tie "Trapped In Mall Parking Garage" & Too many to name from final season

Best episode : The Pony Remark (seriously). Love that Uncle Leo! =) Worst episode: The Doorman. Without Poppie, this would be even worse....
