I was in a bar, and I saw Jerry in a commercial for American
Express. I did not hear the sound, but it was on WWOR (Ch 9 in
NY) and it had Jerry and a fishbowl. If anyone has seen this
commercial, could you post what he said. I would assume that
this is a national ad.

They also had the commercial on NBC during Saturday Night Live - I too didn't hear what he said - something funny I'm sure.

You'd be wrong. I think that it was just something that they wanted to have Jerry for, and he just wasn't into it. It wasn't that he was trying too hard, He was barely trying. Something about this guy trying to decide what he wants to buy and Jerry commenting about the choices. Pretty lame, but so's life.
And to Amy who mentioned about the cartoons. Tony TOons is on FOX(I never miss it myself), but Jerry's in this bet, dating a virgin, and has a naked woman in the apartment across the street. Something's got to give. (sorry for the mis-quote. I can't remember exactly which is a pity 'cause it was my favorite line too.)
