I was watching the 'schmoopie' / armoire episode yesterday and noticed that the (obviousily gay) people who stole Elaine's armoire are the same as went after Kramer when he accedentily burned the Puortuan Rican flag.. And now i think of it, they also chased Kramer in another episode when he wasn't wearing a red aids-ribbon.
Could this be seen as sarcastic attack on gay people? ('cause i really can't remember another sitcom which portraited gays as openly aggressive :)

I liked the statement though. What's wrong with being comfortable with your own personal level of support for a cause that others feel much more strongly about? When Kramer was initially chastised for not wearing the ribbon, he responded by saying, hey, at least I'm walking. And he was right. AND he finished even AFTER they kicked his ass AND with Jerry and George thinking he was trashed only because he stayed up late playing cards. Integrity. Way to go, K-man!
