Goodbye Seindeld :-(

So I read it in the New York Times, and I can't help but feel some sense of loss. The guys won't be back for another season. It is strange, because one one level we know that Jerry, Kramer, Elaine and George are just characters acting on a set in L.A., but on another level they seem like real neighbors. Thursday night, time to see what George is up to! Well, good for Jerry. How many people out there would give up $5 million per episode? I guess the money doesn't matter when you have 94 more where that came from. I just wish they could do just one more season! But then next year, I would wish for just one more again. All good things must come to an end, and I'm sure all (well ok, most) of us wish them all well. Maybe in a few years there will be a Seinfeld reunion.

We knew sometime that it was coming, it's just when you love a show like Seinfeld, you're never prepared for it. It's kind of like the mourning process that you go through for a friend or family member thats terminal. Now I'm preparing myself much in the same way that I prepare myself for life without the NFL - things are just not the same. The only difference is that the NFL will be back, and well it looks like the curtains falling for Seinfeld. TOO BAD I SAY... They'll probably replace their time slot with something rediculous like "Just Shoot Me". I hope no one that reads this likes that show.

Like you said we will at least be able to enjoy their past, into our future.

I have a feeling syndication will stop when Seinfeld does. At least in my neck of the woods.
