Kramer says to Jerry in The Little kicks after George gets arrested, He went sown at the Beckman, he tried to lamb, but they cheesed him. I assume the Beckman(spelling) is the cinema, trying to lamb means doing the bolt? and to be cheesed means being caught? is this right? is this some sort of US slang or is it supposed to be very obscure? I guess jerry doesn't know what it means either. Id love to hear your opinions on what this means, if anything.

Kramer is trying to sound cool using street slang but even street crooks would not talk that way today.
