What does Jerry say?

I have a question that I hope a fellow Seinfeld maniac can help me with. There is a line of dialog at the end of a particular episode that my brother and I cannot discern. Its from an episode in which Jerry & George are in LA (looking for Kramer). Anyways, Jerry bets George that Lupe will tuck in George's sheets. When the episode shows George struggling with the tucked in sheets, the camera goes to Jerry. Jerry rolls over and says something like, "its so nice...when it happens...???" Arrrrgghhh. What does he say there? Can anyone tell me?

Jerry: "It's so nice when it happens good."

That's what we came up with too. But, if that's the case, what the heck does that mean? It doesn't seem to make sense. Oh well, c'est la vie. Thanks.
