Fans discuss the nickname of a friend the characters visit in "The Handicap Spot," identifying him as "The Drake" and debating their feelings about the character.
On an episode from this fall, Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer go to visit a friend. They don't ever say his name, they just have a nickname for him , "The ????" The four of them all like The ???? What was this guy's nickname?
I think the guy is dumped by his fiancee at the end of the episode.
The only name I remember them using is 'The Drake'. And I just watched my tape of that last night, too! (The Handicap spot episode)

They got to see Drake. Because everyone loves the Drake, but Elaine is lukewarm about the Drakette (his fiancee).
It is the episode where they park in a Handicap spot at the mall, George's father's car get destroyed, and Kramer buys a broken wheel chair for the woman who gets injured as a result of them parking in the spot. I believe this is the episode to which you referred. -sUpApHiL
