Actors playing more than one character

I'm fairly sure that the SAME actor plays both the:

saleswoman in the clothing store where George buys his "noisy" suit (the manequin episode), you know, the one Elaine disparagingly calls "Natasha", and,

Elaine's friend for whom she holds the babyshower for in Jerry's apartment (the cable episode). She was marrying a Kennedy or someone related to them; she is also the one who spilt chocolate sauce over George's shirt.

Can anyone confirm if it is the same actor? Her voice is different of course, but I believe it is the same actor.
