It was a short 20-second pre-game clip. IIRC he was gettin' all "READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!", transforming himself into a face-painting Viking superfan. It concluded with him in the Vikings locker room giving Randall Cunninghan a real hard pat on the back right in the middle of a TV interview. It was shtick all right... and it looked like Cunningham really enjoyed shooting it.
There were no direct Seinfeld references except that MR was definitely seen wearing Kramer-like clothing (but the trademark tall hair was absent).
