It's Poached Dover Sole. Those D's that run into each other will getchya every time! (But please don't expect me to know what the difference is between plain old Sole, and Dover Sole, unless the latter is just specially imported from Dover.)
And a kosher meal means that it adheres to the rules of Kashrut (being kosher) and has been prepared under the supervision of a Mashgiach -- someone who watches over the kitchen to make sure everything's "kosher" if you know what I mean. (or that the kitchen has been given the stamp of approval.) But you were kidding as to not knowing what kosher means, right? Right?? (Lots of rules, basically don't eat dairy with meat, no shellfish, no pork.)
