Seinfeld in other countries

Does anybody know when the series is being showed in other countries, is it shown by the actual order from the very begining?? Or do they play just the best episodes???

Here in Sweden we have one channel that shows one episode every day, but only from the first four - five years. Another channel shows one newer episode every week. But we still haven't gotten to the any of the last seasons. Both channels show all the episodes, in chronological order.

Here in France, we have two ways to watch Seinfeld: A cable-satelite channel named "Canal Jimmy" has broadcast every episode from the beginning to the finale and now only shows the best episodes... And on Canal plus, a payable coded channel, we can enjoy one episode a day with the broadcast of ALL the episodes since the beginning In both cases, the viewer is able to choose dubbed or subtitled version...

Interesting that the series is popular (or at least available) in France. In Quebec, I understand it was broadcast briefly, but not well received by French Canadians (as opposed to their English counterparts). Perhaps Steinbrenner should have traded Costanza to the Expos... :-)

Je dois pr�ciser que le doublage de la s�rie a �t� fait en France, ce qui signifie que les expressions et le vocabulaire �taient tr�s diff�rents de ce que nous sommes habitu�s d'entendre (au Qu�bec). De plus, les voix �taient VRAIMENT terribles! On aurait dit que les personnages sortaient de la maternelle tellement ils avaient des voix aigu�s.

Si je me souviens bien il y eu 3 ou 4 �pisodes de diffus�s en fran�ais seulement.

Here in Sweden, the last season will be aired for the first time this fall. Meanwhile, another channel is showing all episodes in order from the beginning, Monday to Friday every week! It's great! Currently, we're enjoying the excellent fourth season and tomorrow it's time for "The Contest"............"I'm Out!!!"

In the UK they also show Seinfeld on the 'free' non-commercial channel BBC2, but for some bizarre reason it gets taken off air during the summer and also removed whenever an 'important' sporting event takes precedence - this can include snooker and darts...

BTW does anyone know when it's back on BBC2? I noticed that Larry Sanders is back, but what about Seinfeld? I was suffering withdrawal symptoms, but got a copy of "Seinlanguage" yesterday which is filling the gap...
