Do any of you UK Seinfeld fans know wether BBC2 will repeat any more seasons of Seinfeld?
Also, when BBC2 screened Season 7 of Seinfeld in Sept/Oct 99, can anyone tell me wether they were repeats or were they being screened for the first time?

Season 7 was being screened for the first time on BBC, although they had been shown on Sky One in the UK. I don't know when / if they will be showing any more. They seem more interested in ripping the show off than showing the original. Gary Bushell in the Sun is a fan, try getting him to start a campaign !
A campaign is definately needed to get the BBC to show more Seinfeld. I cannot understand why they hide the crown jewells. Chanel 4 is wall to wall ******* Friends! Not sure if I'd feel very good about a fascist like Gary Bushell leading the appeal though.

I understand that sentiment entirely, it's just that he's one of the few journos in the UK that I've seen write anything favourable about the series. Any alternative happily considered !

At the end of season 7 the BBC announcer said "and Seinfeld will be back next year..." I've mailed the beeb and they haven't as yet replied which might be a good sign as they are usually quick to tell me that nothing is planned for Seinfeld.
What I can't understand is why the repeats are not shown more often and why the programme is scheduled to run so late. Talk about casting pearls before swine! Don't the BBC realise just what a gem Seinfeld is? I say to people "do you watch Seinfeld?" I usually get a who/what look/reply and I go away incredulous that this programme reaches so few people in Britain.
