Who lives in Jerry's building? Jerry Kramer Newman In the Conversion Jerry's girlfriend with the Fungus In the Strongbox the couple who owned Fredo the parrot. In the Fatigues Kramer went crazy cooking and used Jerry's kitchen, Mrs. Anfino's(sp) and some other people's kitchens. In the Kiss Hello- a woman named Mary, the super, and a bunch of other people. In The Apartment Mrs. Hudwalker died. We saw Harold and Manny who run the building(do they live there?) Elaine tried to move in and a rock band or at least one member moved in. They rehearsed in the apartment. In one ep Kramer had on tight jeans and scared a kid he was supposed to babysitting for a woman who lived in the building. In The Good Samaritan did Helen Slater live in the building or across the street or something?

In the Conversion the woman who had the fungus(it was for her cat) lived in 5E which is Newman's apt.

It must be Newman or Newman sublet it to the person who sublet it to her or someone sublet it to Newman who sublet it to her. So maybe not another Seinfeld incosistency.

The Eagles - maybe not mentioned by name, but two of their songs mentioned (one played several times, I forget whether the second was heard or not), "Desperado" and "Witchie Woman" ("Oh, Witch-AY Woman!") - in one episode.

Wasn't it an Earth Wind & Fire ("Shining Star" I think) song that got Elaine dancing the Little Kicks to at her office party wherein George's presence poisoned the whole office.

IIRC, Kramer has lived in Jerry's building for more than ten years ("You haven't been out of the building in a decade!" - Jerry), but didn't he sub-let the apartment from Paul Reiser's character in Mad About You when that character married Helen Hunt?

Yes he did. Apparently that was Paul's bachelor pad so add Mr. Buchman to the list. Sitcom continuity? Since that ep of MAY, George and Susan watched MAY in The Engagement and Paul saw Jerry out on the street in the Viagra ep of May but someone pointed out to me, it may be uncertain as to whether Paul recognized Jerry as Real-life Jerry or as TV Jerry.

In the backward ep of Seinfeld they show the meeting of Jerry and Kramer and someone pointed out a while back that this was also an incosistency involving these two shows. Thus no sitcom continuity.

Actually, he had BEEN sub-letting the apartment from Paul, and Paul gave him the apartment to prove to Helen that he didn't need it anymore. So it really isn't much reflection on how long he had been living there, just how long it was his.
