Just watching "The Race" on PCC (in the UK) and Steinbrenner is talking about cigars. He mentions that he can't understand the ring measurements because they are in centimeteres. I thought that they were actually measured in 1/16ths of an inch, so a size 40 for example, is 2 1/2 inches. Can anyone confirm this for me?
