Mini-Mimi

On the Drew Carey show there is a short blonde girl that
plays Mini Mimi. Her name is Debbie Lee Carrington. She is
3'10" tall. I saw a picture of her today in People magazine
without her "Mimi" makeup on. She looks a lot like that girl
that played Mickey's girlfriend in the Seinfeld episode
where Kramer advises him to use shoe lifts to look taller.
Anyone know if the two ladies are the same lady?

I do can not say for sure, but Tammy, the "little female" Mickey was after in The Stand-in apears to be the same lady as the one on Drew Carey recently. I can not find a credit list of the episode with her name listed so until you see that one can n be positive. She certainly looks better on Seinfeld. Mimi mini or not gives me the creeps!
