Last night's episode, "The Rye" was great -- lots of funny lines. Plus, the fact that Jerry finally crosses the line and does something truly bad -- stealing the bread from the old lady. Also, quite funny that the sax player's jaws were too sore to play well ;-)
But the big question is: what the hell is Beef-a-reeno? Is it some sort of Spaghetti-o canned pasta Franco American delicacy? Is it only available on the East Coast? I'm in California, and dammit, I want some Beef-A-Reeno!

I thought it was some sort of beef jerky or dried beef. It was funny whatever it was.
I'm sure Beefareeno is a twist of "Beefaroni," a beloved actual product of the Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee corporation. It's elbow macaroni with meat & tomato sauce in a can.
I think Beefarino was meant to imply Beefaroni - pasta & beef in tomato sauce.

While I haven't heard of Beef-a-Reeno either, I doubt that Seinfeld would talk about a product that wasn't real. Kramer went to Price Club (real name) and got lots of stuff. I'm sure that B/R is probably some Eastern pasta delicacy (which just happens to make horses go "whoosh"... 8^O )

Beef-A-Reeno is probably a take off on on "Beef-aroni", which is a pasta dish made with macaroni with spaghetti sauce and meat flavor, put out by ChefBoyArDee.
