Best George Scene

Ibn The Puffy Shirt, George prancing through the park with his gloved hands raised over his head after being paid a sizeable amount for the hand model job and making the date with the attractive model.

Here, I'd have to go for the scene where he knocks over the children, clown and the old lady when trying to escape that grease fire... 2nd, when he picks that dessert out of the trash

How about when Kramer turns George's unemployment office lady away on the phone by not saying "Vandelay"?

(long first sentence forthcoming) Prompted by Jerry pointing out the fact that apparently everything George has ever done is wrong, based on the fact that everything he does turns out to be a total disaster, therefore, the opposite MUST be what the right choice would have been, he decided to talk with a beautiful blonde at the cafe by then name of Victoria who was looking at him. When he talked to her, he said, "My name is George. I'm unemployed and I live with my parents", to which she replied, in an "interested" sort of way, "My name is Victoria. Hi!" (envision a stunned George, at this point) Now, fortunately for George, Victoria had connections with the Yankees and got George an interview (the position was for an assistant to the Traveling Secretary). When he met Steinbrenner during the interview, he decided to go against his normal urge to "brownose" Steinbrenner, and instead, put Steinbrenner down and let him know that he was doing a terrible job of running the organization. Impressed by George's lack of fear (or whatever) he told the interviewer, "HIRE THIS MAN!". The rest is history (so to speak)...

How about that show when he took a bite out of the eclair that was in the trash?...He talked his girlfriend into giving him another chance and later, at a party at her mom's house he came out of the bathroom and into a crowded room without his shirt on (evidently he always takes his shirt off in the bath- room and this one had one of those 3-D pictures on the wall...He had spent so much time trying to see the "picture," when he finished in there he completely forgot that he had taken off his shirt!).

It's gotta be George with the cowboy hat and the bald-cure from China!

That reminds me of "The Glasses" where George takes a bite out what he thought was an apple, but was actually an onion. And even after the fact, he took another bite.

Best george plotline is when he decides to do the opposite of what he would normally do. When he faced down that bully in theatre I cracked up.

I really liked "bad boy" George and his GTO (and orthropedic back pillow). The end when he was crying was too funny (and to top it off, when his dad entered he went, "Oh my GOD!".)

I like the bubble boy scene.Especially when George says " ohhhh nooo,it's Moops! I'm sorry the card says Moops"

Then the look on his face as the town people go after him and the others for hurting the bubble boy.

The other best scene is when George is trying to get the pilot deal back after he turned it down.When he goes to the NBC bosses apartment and says "OK,we're business men, we'll do it for $10,000,enjoy your veal,and nice to meet you Cynthia,have a nice evening,I was never here"

The best George scene was shown last night: George retelling the story of how he saved the whale. "The sea was angry that day, my friends..."

I think it's gotta be when he walks out of the bathroom at his girlfriend's party with his shirt off (after looking at the Magic Eye poster).

When JErry is totally impressed by one of George's masterfully complex and effective LIE solution to a problem. Jerry looks at him impressed and says, "Gee thanks George" or something.

George looks flatterd and a little humble as he looks down, and says "Jerry... this is what I do."

I like the scene where George runs out of the bathroom with his pants around his ankles yelling something about a Latex industry (can't recall the company name). It was when he was unemployed and Kramer answered Jerry's phone.

Vandalay. Vandalay industries. That name is spattered thru many, many episodes.

No way... Last season's finale...where George is trying on smoking in front of Susan. You can't beat that.

In "The Cadillac", where he was daydreaming about Marissa Tomei and kissing the pillow, and Susan catches him.

"Everyone's talkin' at me ... I can't hear a word they're sayin' ... just drivin' around in Jon Voight's car ..."

That whole scene just about slayed me.

In that same episode, when he came out of Jerry's bath room, buttoning his shirt. Jerry asks why, and then asks if it's just unbuttoned, or all the way - George says "All the way"

The best George scene IMO is when he comes out of the bathroom at a party and is Shirtless! I couldn't stop laughing... in fact I laugh just thinking about it...
