About the bike in Jerry's apartment... I've never seen him ride it in any episode, and I'm told he never has. Apparently it's just there for an advertising plug.

That's true about Michael suggesting the bike for the set, he is somewhat of a cyclist. But I've never seen a book like that...what's it called? Is it still in print? Where can I find it? I'd love to buy a copy.
