FTP'ing Seinfeld files

Hi... I was trying to get some Seinfeld files using FTP from quartz.rutgers.edu in the /pub/tv+movies/seinfeld sub-directory and I kept getting the error "Invalid filename - Please enter as 'name.type.mode' or 'name.type' " when I entered the command get <filename>. I tried various suffixes (.i, .a, .ascii, .bin, etc) but none of them worked. Can anyone shed some light on the subject? Any info would be appreciated.
