Elaine most selfish?

Is Elaine the most selfish? All other characters help each other: Jerry, probably the most helpful: ~helped Elaine by pretending to be her boyfriend in The Junior Mint ~helped George get switch the answering-machine tape; ~helped George get a marbled rye after George's parents took theirs away from Susan's parents George ~helps Jerry scheme Kramer (even though his involvement usually guarantees disaster): ~has said I like to help the humans ~guarded Elaine's armoire ~moved George's car

Elaine? Has she ever done anything for anyone? I can't think of a thing. kAThrYN

Well, off the top of my head I can think of three instances:

1. Helping Kramer by pretending to be his wife, so he could take that jacket back from the man who used to date Babs (Kramer's mom).

2. Helping her gay friend by pretending to be his date (anyone sensing a theme here?).

• Helping George & Jerry by distracting Russell with her cleavage.

Oh wait, here's a fourth from the same episode:

4. Agreeing to give Kramer's girlfriend her shoes, just so that the cook would agree to let Jerry know when Russell was dining at her restaurant.

Something else that might be considered "helping out:" In the episode "The Pony," Elaine MUST have been doing Jerry a favor by agreeing to go to that dinner-from-hell with him. Why else would she agree? Not for the fascinating conversation or food, right?

I'm sure there are more, but sadly my mind is quite fuzzy. Anyone else?

Guarded Elaines Armoir???....he let it by two "banditos" who werent even armed...who weren't even dangerous....But he did volunteer to try,, gotta give him that.... ( but he did steal Jerry's Cushion... ) And he did get the Soup Nazi's Armoir...but he didnt guard the original very well.

Just a thought....

"The Parking Garage" and "The Chinese Restaurant", in my opinion, are the two most unique and creative episodes to date.

Anyway, I agree she is more vindictive then the rest, but at least she's not totally selfish.

Another instance of Elaine helping:

She helped George on two occasions when he was with a woman. She lied to the guy who never said God Bless You to his wife. George was sleeping with the wife.

And she lied to Susan when George was out with Marisa Tomei.

Ooh that's right, and also--she helped George by taking his IQ test for him twice. And for that matter, she also helped him with his plot to slip a "mickey" in his ex-boss's drink (when he was fired from his real estate job).

George apparently needs a lot of help! Which comes as no surprise, of course...

What about Elaine asking Russel if he had a "ketchup secret" so that Jerry and George could catch him in a cleavage peek

Yeah, I can think of at least one time Elaine has helped someone: She stayed with Kramer's car when he had to do something with pigeons. That made her late for dinner with her Dad and Jerry and George. Also, she had a baby shower for some friend; She had to find the mogul (spelling?) for a baby briss (sp?) There's probably more.
