Fans debate whether George Costanza is fat or stocky, with consensus that he is stocky and not overweight, especially compared to his thin costars.

It is amazing how different people can look by going up or down just 10-15 pounds. So how about George? Do you think he was fat?

Interesting point. But if you've seen Wayne Knight in the recent 3rd Rock from the Sun episodes, it looks like he's lost a good amount of weight.

Acutally, if you want to get some perspective on this, look at the scene with George, Jerry, and Newman in "The Keys". George looks fat next to Jerry, since we know Jerry is quite thin. However, next to Newman, George looks normal, and Jerry almost looks emaciated.
