Seinfeld on for two more years!

Well, it seems like there will be at least another season of Seinfeld. Jason, Julia, and Michael signed on for two more years (meaning not only a ninth but also a tenth season as well), and Jerry will decide early next year if he will sign on for a tenth season along with the others.

Jerry gets around a mil per episode, but of course, it's his show and he's exec producer, etc.

I believe Elaine and George are getting $60k/episode

UPI reported yesterday, 5/11, that Julia, Michael and Jason all signed on for another year at $600,000 each per episode for ONE more year with an option for a second. They also stated that Jerry has yet to sign on for next year but he's expected to and will receive $1,000,000 per episode along with $40,000,000 for the year as Executive Producer.

	All the muffin stumps he can eat... not to mention residuals
	from "Jurassic Park," "J.F.K.," "Basic Instinct," "To Die For,"
	"Space Jam" and "Third Rock From The Sun" appearances.  Newman
	ain't hurtin' financially with these credits.

Newman isn't paid. He doesn't exist in real life. But Wayne gets MUCH less than the regular cast, as do the other "irregulars." Don't have a figure for you though.

It is not a CAMEO part since he was not famous and appeared more than once as the entertainment director.

He had a part in Dirty Dancing. So did Jerry Orbach(sp?) which is why the hole Seinfeld crew will be arrested in an upcoming Law and Order Episode (Not).
