In the syndicate episode played today, the scofflaw, does anyone know exactly what Jerry/Kramer say about the whips in congress? I cant' find a script for this particular show, thanks!

Jerry: "Do you know what the whip is?" Kramer: "What whip?" Jerry: "Ya know...like in the Senate and the House." Kramer: "Well, in the old days when the senators didn't vote the way that the party leaders wanted them to...they whipped them! 'You better vote the way we want you to, or there's gonna be biiiig trouble.'"
