the pink stuff

A day after George didn't want to come up for a coffee (a "coffee"?), he went up to Seinfeld's place and took out from his paper bag a pink bottle, and out a tablet (i think) into a glass of water, or something like that. I have no idea what was it. Can someone tell me?
