Do they appear in any other episodes? I was cracking up when that one guy got all up in Cosmo's face. Please say they were in other episodes.

Hi Sharon!

They're in two other episodes: the one where Kramer refuses to wear a ribbon in the AIDS walk (they chase him in that one!) and also in the infamous Puerto Rican day parade episode.

One of those two, the white guy (John Paragon), has a hilarious cameo in the movie Eating Raoul, which I highly recommend.
