In the episode titled 'The Doodle' where Jerry gets fleas in his apartment from Newman and Kramer loses his sense of taste after buying a huge amount of peaches, does anyone remember what kind of peaches they were? We have a small debate in the office here, Macanaw (sp?) peaches keeps coming up but we weren't sure...

There are two spellings of the name "Mackinaw," which obviously is one spelling. The other is "Mackinac" still pronounced "Mackinaw." On Mackinac Island in Michigan (where the Christopher Reeve picture, SOMEWHERE IN TIME, was filmed) no cars are allowed: everyone rides bicycles, I believe.

Don't know if any peaches actually come from the location (or from any of the other Mackinaw locations--there is for example a MackinaW City also in Michigan).

Would it have been "Red Haven" peaches? They are ,in fact, the best. I spend a lot of time on "The Island" and also Mackinaw City and know for sure that it is not Peach country. Perch country but not peaches. I know I didn't help any but,,,,what the hell? In article , [email] wrote:
