Susan had it coming

People who are as annoying as Susan need to be killed off on TV shows.

When Susan was first introduced, I liked her a lot...I was dismayed that the writers chose to turn her into a nagging harpy once she became engaged to George. What *was* annoying about her was that she couldn't see what a foul relationship she was in (hello?!)...still, I'd rather get stuck with her in a stalled elevator than any of the aforementioned others. (At least she'd keep her cool!)

I agree with much of this exept that the Susan character has improved, not declined over time. She was not annoying in even the slightest way and it is merely a testament to the warped nature of the show that people consider her annoying and not Jerry, Elaine, or George (who are about the least pleasant people one could hope to meet).
