Yup. In the episode were Kramer is accused of being a Serial killer (The Smog Strangler ??) , the guy in the police car with Jerry and George (who later turns out to be the Serial Killer) is arguing with Jerry over what is a fair amount for a tip. Jerry claims his amount was one recommended by Anne Landers to which the murderer/car thief replies "Anne Landers Sucks!".
