Sorry...that's SEINfeld. Anyone notice how the foods that the guys grab out of Jerry's apartment seem to be a leeeetle too clearly visible, esp w/ respect to their brand names? R they allowed to do that, or are they being paid by the companies to show it. If not, that's pretty good free advertisements.

Fans discuss product placement on the show, noting that visible brand names in Jerry's apartment are likely paid advertisements worth substantial money.

It's definitely no accident. These companies pay major $$ for the publicity. As stated in "Seinfeld Universe", "...a one-minute mention on a show like Seinfeld can be worth as much as $350,000.
What did people think of the "Tainted Love" Levi's ad last night? One of the best commericials I have ever seen, without a doubt.
Bob Wells
Hmm, the commercial with the bruised up guy and all the doctors around him, that was pretty funny! (A bit extreme, though!) And The Invasion Hits Home! 20th Century Fox can sure shell out the dough to advertise their biggest '96 movie, remember the last Superbowl? As for the 'Seinfeld' episode itself, the second half was funnier than the first half, I thought. That wacky Jackie! Bring him back for more! But that braless heiress is just grating! (I guess that's the whole point, right?) Letterman's cameo was a pleasant surprise! Oh yeah, that rotating tire thing Elaine was giggling at reminded me of something I saw in the movie 'Superman'. Me being a big Superman fan and all, just like Jimmy-oops, Jerry!

when jerry greets someone with a raised hand gesture, is that a seinwave?
another little tidbit from e.t./extra (they seem to blend together for me). they have an assistant on the show with the specific task of making sure that the cereal boxes are alphabetized.
cheers.

show it.
Usually shows use the packages but change the name such as 'Home Improvment' with their 'COLA' cans with a pepsi logo on it.
But, If you saw the episode of 'Roseanne' titled "The Thirlla near the Vanillla Extract" where they mentioned "Trix" amongst other brand names.
