Who plays the woman from George's old neighbourhood who thinks George is on the verge of a nervous breakdown when she sees him acting oddly again and again? She looks like Geena Davis, and I think I've seen her as a regular on a couple of other sitcoms.

It's not Geena Davis. I don't know what the actresses name is, but she used to be on the show Nurses with Loni Anderson a couple of years ago.
