In this episode, just after Jerry comes back from Minneapolis and learns that he's been robbed, George enters the apartment and Jerry asks him how he got inside. My question is: What the hell does George do after Jerry asks him this question? What exactly is he supposed to be doing? Can anyone shed any light on this?

There's a show called 'I Dream Of Jeanie' where the Jeanie in the show does what George did and, for her, the wish comes true/appears/magic etc etc. So when Jerry asked "How did you get in here?" He made that gesture, in a smart-assy kind of way to insinuate he used his Jeanie powers to get in.
