Can we post Seinfeld clips here?

is there a website for this newsgroup, and I would like to post clips and audio. Is that possible here?

I got a coulple of episodes (fair quality) off Morpheus (a file sharing thing) and i intend to post them to alt.binaries.tv.us-sitcoms just as soon as I work out how! the episodes4all site is down at the moment
