This, That and Other ?

On tonight's episode, Jerry and Elaine discuss "This" (friendship), "That" (sex) but, then they discuss the "other", what is the "other" ? Oral sex ? Though I am confused about "other" it was a great show. Can anyone out there tell me what other is ?

While commitment is implied, I believe "the other" is essentially romance, because Elaine expresses her desire for "the other" after the impersonal cash gift and the card which calls Elaine his "pal".

	They way I saw it, the 'other' was actually being
	a couple again.  When they are sitting on the bench
	Jerry says the problem is you want the 'other.
	Sounded like commitment to me.
