The episode she was in was "Empire" ( not that I knew that ) but I know Mike is a L&O fan and that it takes place in New York. I saw the connection with Benjamin Bratt through the IMDB but she was also in Friends once (also set in New York) and used to date Matthew Perry.

Kramer did not stay in a hotel in The Trip pt 1. He lived at 1648 Las Palmas Apt 1A. Jerry & George came to Los Angeles in part # 2 of The Trip and stayed at a "Universal City " hotel where Geroge had his famous debate over " tucked or untucked" with Jerry & eventually Lupe their chambermaid.
