I didnt get the reference in the episode when Kramer and Jerry went to New Jersy to find Mom and Pop to get Jerrys shoes back. Kramer got a nosebleed on the bus, and and Jerry says "We have to get you to a hospital" Kramer " I aint going to no Bellview" "I am fallin apart here Jerry"

It's in reference to the film "Midnight Cowboy" starring Jon Voight and Dustin Hoffman. That is why, at the end of the episode as the bus drives off into the sunset, you hear the song "Everybody's Talkin" which was from that movie.
