In the "Festivus" episode, Elaine seemingly played the part of a drug addict. Anyone who obsessed over a lost free-sub card and went to the extreme lengths that she did to get recover the lost card obviously had some issues. She also put money down impulsively on horse racing while asking about her lost card at the horse track. With her dark clothes and dark eye shadow she certainly looked like someone who would be a drug addict.
But, I'd still bang her.
