Kenny Rogers Roasters...Best episode

The Roasters Chicken episode is my favorite with Jerry and Kramer switching apartments, taking on each others personalities, Kramer going nuts over the chicken, Jerry cowering in fear of Mr. Marbles, Kramer's place "creaking like the hold of a ship" Man, that show was good. Any opinions..?

Yea, and he ends up having to try to give the clock that he stole back to her. And it starts ringing and he tries to say that a sandwich in the bag is ringing HA!

Sigh, my friends love this episode. It is good but it is NOT in my top ten. It's too far fetched and unreal. Mr Marbles is funny though.

It's a great episode, true. One of my favorites would have to be "Serenity Now".. it's just hilarious, especially the part when Jerry keeps telling George how much he loves him and at the same time George is trying to help Kramer ambushing those kids. Cracks me up everytime :)

I saw this just last week and i totally agree with you.. one of the best episodes.. But somehow i got the feeling this episode was also a bit 'up yours' to all the people critisising Seinfeld's sarcasm..

(and the face on Jerry's face when George 'opens up' BRILLIANT!!!)

I've always wanted to use that quote in real life, but I haven't yet found an appropriate occasion. :-)

The best Seinfeld episode... that's tough, I can't seem to think of one that would be the quintessential show. Kind of like, saying what's the best pizza in the NYC.

There are a number of episodes that come to mind, one in particular The Soup Nazi, gets better and better with every viewing, The backwards episode has more merit every time I view it as well. Then you have the Mannequin, Kramer's Hot Tub, The Puffy Sleeves... see what I mean? Ultimately how am I to judge? Shall we say, that like wine, the episodes will get better with age. The thing is that I feel that we were fortunate enough to witness a special time in TV history, and Seinfeld will become a piece of Americana, in the tradition of I love Lucy.

Everytime I think I have come up with a favorite episode, another one comes to mind. George in the bookstore, Kramer in the shower, Jerry in the parking garage, Elaine as Suze......so many, too many. So many story lines within each show. No way can I chose just one! I feel as you do J, fortunate to have see them all first hand.

Yes, upon further consideration, I have to agree that I cannot pick just one 'favorite episode".
