Ok, all in all - wasn't one of the greatest episodes. Still really funny, but I can think of a lot that were funnier. Anways, we did gain one GREAT insight:

How do we know?
Well - from him saying something along the lines of "I like that word, *isoceles* [sic]. If I ever have a kid, I'm going to name him that - Isoceles Kramer".
Second, did you notice the one scene what George was reading?

You are probably correct. But it is possible still that Kramer was refering to the first and *middle* name of the possible future child. My middle name (as are many other people's) is the same as my father's first name. So it would be like my father (Arthur) saying that he would name me "Steven Arthur" with the last name assumed. I still think you are probably correct, but this is at least a possibility.
