Kramerica Pizza Pies

Hey I've got a question:

In the episode where Jerry is haunted by Joel Hornick ("I don't think we should be seeing eachother anymore" - "You're breaking up with me?"), in that episode, Kramer wants to start a chain of Make-your-own-pizza-pie-restaurants. Now in the episode with the VanBurenBoys chasing Kramer around town, didn't Kramer show them the secret sign (8 fingers) in such a restaurant? Did Kramer own the place, did he sell the idea, did he give up, was it another restaurant? Please help me out here, guys!
