Two part episodes

It is SO amazing to see the old syndicated shows and the current network shows on the same day. The contrast can be quite obvious at times. There was a certain quality about the old ones that got lost, but the newer ones took on other special qualities, at least until this current season.

I don't recall very many two part episodes, like the LA one we just saw. It was especially memorable because of the nearly 5 minute intro to part II spent on recapping part I. How many other multi-part episodes have there been? Anyone know?

This was one that I saw but did not tape back in 1992. At first I questioned if the recap was a syndication thing. Checking the episode guide, The Trip (1) aired on Aug 12, 1992, and The Trip (2) aired the next week on the 19th.

The Wallet, and The Watch are shown with part 1 and part 2, and shown in different weeks. All of the other two part episodes were shown on the same night as a one hour show.
