Third person episode

One of the best Seinfeld episodes ever (In my opinion) was the one where this character named Jimmy always referred to himself in the third person. Does anybody remember this episode? Mel Torme was also in the same episode. He had given an award to Kramer because he thought he was "mentally challenged" (Kramer's mouth was numb from the dentist and couldn't talk properly)
