Did anyone else see the first two installments of Jerry's new American Express campaign?
The first ocommercial showed Jerry struggling to remove the bicycle from the wall of his 'apartment'. No dialog, just Jerry, unable to remove the bike. The 2nd ad showed Jerry struggling to get the bike out the door for 30 seconds.

Same deal, no dialogue. The tag line at the end is something like "Do more." Definitely left me wanting to see more. I can't wait either!

I heard that Keith Hernandez will be in one and other ones will show other characters. I wonder if the Seincast will be in character because a while back, they criticized the Friends cast for doing a diet coke commercial in character.

Those were at least the 3rd and 4th installments. The first one I saw was him deciding which things from the set to throw away and he put the pez dispenser in his pocket. Later I saw him packing a suitcase and he brought out the puffy shirt and stuffed it in. There may have been some before that but I bet there will be more on Super Sunday.......
Damn. When I first heard about the new AmEx campaign, I had visions of
recording all the commercials as a sort of 'mini episode'. Now I'm way
behind. Still, do you suppose any of this is FAQworthy material?

I could not beleive Jerry agreed to do this, I thought he was tired of the character. If Jerry is out of jail, where are George, Elaine & Kramer? Also, why is Jerry moving. I think there could be more here than meets the eye. Is the character of jerry going to live on in amex commercials instead of a sitcom?

Er, well...like most commercials, it doesn't appear at any set time. You just have to be lucky and just happen to be watching tv at the right time.

Just a thought, since the show is about nothing, and the AmEx commercials slogan is Do More, isn't that as opposed as to "Do nothing"? So it's Do more rather than Do Nothing, which is why Jerry seems to be moving.

I can't believe I too am sitting here trying to figure out the meaning of a commercial. NExt I expect Jerry to get 10 million from a network simply for his face on camera for 2 seconds. He wont ever have to perform again. Eventually, just his eye alone will bring a fortune. We'll all see the eye and wonder, what does the eye mean, what is the thought behind that eye, was it in fact REALLY Jerry's eye or perhaps Kevin's eye. Cyn
