SHe used to play a ridiculousy non-needed character on "Caroline In the City." She played Richard's ditzy girlfriend.

I know some Seinfelder's are going to post that all Caroline characters are unnecessary... but I kind of like the show so save the flames for the people accusing seinfeld of being racist to postal worker, jews, koreans, japanese, blacks... yada, yada, yada.
