David Puddy is a guy who became Elaine's on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again (you get the pattern) boyfriend. Sometimes, they go on again, off again four times an episode!

Puddy is Elaine's on and off again boyfriend. They keep breaking up and then making up. Remember him in an episode from maybe 2 or 3 seasons ago. He and some guys went to a (football or baseball game) and painted their faces and bodies with paint colors of their favorite team. He has dark hair-looks Italian, big build- looks like a jock, carpenter type of person. This actor has acted in Dave's World, Ellen
You must have seen him in the episode (The Face Painter) about the Ice Hockey game - he was Elaine's 'dumb' boy friend who painted his face with the New Jersey Devils colours. This year he was written into a lot of episodes.
